2012 vs 2014 Icon

Truth be told, I overdid it with the MCAT studying. I was maxing out at 6 hours of studying (+breaks) per day so I finally burnt out. I fell into a bit of a slump and felt unmotivated to study for a few days, so (aside from being on tumblr) I started drawing to de-stress and regain the motivation. (I've talked to a friend since then, so I managed to regain the motivation and feel fired up again.)

At least one good thing came out of those days: this is one of the few drawings that I actually liked. I decided to re-draw my icon some time last week and really liked the result, so I decided to keep it. When I compared it to the one I drew back in 2012, I realized that I had actually improved a little and felt happy. I'll be using the 2014 drawing as an icon from now on. (And I decided to put the two together because 1. It's easier to compare them that way and 2. I thought it looked cool. XD)
